One of the hallmarks of Stanford programs, and ISL in particular, is the collaboration and interaction of faculty, students, and scholars from other institutions and industry. Gifts to ISL support this collaboration through a wide range of activities, including annual meetings, seminars, lectures, and informal social gatherings. Most of these events are open to the public. Gifts also support core ISL activities that are not covered by research contracts, but are critical to ISL's operation, including shared computing resources, communications, and administration.
Annual gifts of all sizes are
